Workforce Group Latam, our Chilean operation, has earned the Emplea Chile Quality Seal (Sello de Calidad Emplea Chile) for the first half of 2026 Emplea Chile | Agest es Emplea Chile
The seal is awarded by Emplea Chile, formerly AGEST, the trade association representing Chile’s leading temporary staffing, outsourcing and HR companies. It is only awarded to members that pass a rigorous assessment of their operations, legal and labour compliance, ethical standards and use of best practices in HR service delivery.
It is far more than a badge. The seal provides independent industry confirmation that Workforce Group Latam is meeting its labour and social-security responsibilities while maintaining strong commercial standing and risk-prevention practices. In a market where compliance is essential to client trust and continuity, this strengthens our credibility and competitive position in Chile while showing that Workforce standards are being upheld across regions.
The team plans to renew the seal every cycle, reinforcing its ongoing commitment to compliance, transparency, and formal, quality employment. The Chile team is also happy to share more detail with colleagues across the Group.
